Parvati Temple

Parvati Temple of Goddess was built by Shrimant Nanasaheb Peshwa in the year of 1749 AD. Situated at 2100 feet above the sea level, this place gives a fantastic panoramic view of the entire city. There are total 103 steps which lead us to the temple. This hill also has Temples dedicated to Lord Ganesha, Lord Vishnu, Lord Kartikeya and Lord Devdeveshwara.



There is a Parvti Museum where one will find paintings of Bajirao Peshwa as well as rare coins, manuscripts and other monuments. You can also visit Vetal Chabutara, Mangir Buwa Place (Saintly Person), Math and Samadhi of Nanasaheb Peshwa.

The gates are open from 5am – 8pm
